I’m a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Health Coach.

Welcome to alittlemorebalanced, we do things a little different around here. Here you will find all the healthy recipes, healing modalities and guides you need to live your healthiest life.

You have probably read a million health blogs in your lifetime, so I made this one different.

After immersing myself in the holistic healing world, helping myself and others heal from illness for the past four years, alittlemorebalanced was born. I created this to show you that there is no perfect diet or supplement that comes with healing, at the end of the day it’s all about a little more balance.
