I’m not sure there are many things I love more than no-bake cookie dough, especially when it can be made into a frozen chocolate-covered treat. But this recipe, in particular, is my favorite because it is SO EASY to make and healing to the body! Let’s talk about some of the ingredients:

Cashews: Cashews offer a wealth of nutritional benefits, such as being a rich source of essential minerals like magnesium and copper, providing heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, and delivering a good dose of plant-based protein, all of which contribute to overall well-being.

Coconut Sugar: Coconut sugar provides a natural alternative to refined sugars, offering a slightly higher mineral content with traces of iron, zinc, and potassium, making it a favorable choice for those seeking a more nutrient-rich sweetener option.

MonkFruit: Monk fruit, a natural sweetener, provides a healthful alternative to traditional sugar, boasting antioxidant properties and being low on the glycemic index, making it suitable for individuals looking to manage their blood sugar levels.

Peanut Butter: Peanut butter is a nutritious spread packed with protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals, making it a delicious and wholesome addition to a balanced diet.

Coconut Cream: Coconut cream offers a range of nutritional benefits, being rich in healthy fats, medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), and essential minerals, providing a creamy and indulgent addition to recipes while supporting a balanced and nourishing diet.

Dark Chocolate Chips: Dark chocolate, with its high cocoa content, is a delectable treat that not only satisfies your sweet tooth but also provides antioxidants, fiber, and minerals like iron and magnesium, making it a delightful and nutritious choice for chocolate lovers.
