Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk (start w/ 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp spices of choice
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce mixed with 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  1. 1. chop cauliflower and place into a bowl, add the almond milk and mix.
  2. 2. add in the almond flour, arrowroot, nutritional yeast and spices. mix together until they coat the cauliflower and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  3. 3. once cooked, toss into the buffalo sauce and place back onto the baking tray and bake for 10 more minutes. enjoy!
